"theFrapp" is an original real life get together app. Why is it original? - because it encourages interaction with people from your phones contacts list around events you create.

As such, unlike other social platforms out there, all your friends that you invite to your events are already connected with you in some way since you already have their phone numbers.

"theFrapp" allows you to easily create a group event and organize meetings with friends and/or business partners that you actually care about.

The app lets you know in real time your contacts availability to socialize via their app status and thus you know the people you are inviting to your events are actually able to attend.

It is a tool for real life socializing and works on any number of options – coffee breaks, beer hangouts, birthdays, family events, vacations, or even business meetings .


** HOW DOES IT WORK **:

It automatically matches all the people in your phones contacts that have the app installed so you don’t have to search for friends .


** KNOW WHO CAN ACTUALLY ATTEND YOUR EVENTS **

You can check out in real time the status of anyone in the app and see who is available to go out or who is on "Do Not Disturb" mode

Once you know what the statuses of your contacts are, you can create an event in which you can invite selected friends from your list. You can also predefine groups of friends that you hang out with more often


** GATHER PEOPLE AROUND YOUR EVENTS **

When you create an event you can set up a date, location and time for the event. Furthermore, you can add a picture ( taken on the spot with your phones camera or one from your phones library of pictures.) Lastly, you can set a description for the event.


** KEEP TRACK OF YOUR EVENTS VIA YOUR PHONES CALENDAR AND/OR THE APPS CALENDAR **

The app synchronizes with your phones calendar so all the events and invites can be seen directly from it . However, there is also an in-app built calendar just in case you want to keep things separate and not mix up your apps events with your other events shown on your phones calendar.


** CHAT WITH YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR EVENTS **

Each member of an event can start a chat associated with it, in which he can invite any number of participants to that event. After an event takes place, all chats are archived and can be viewed at a later time


** CREATE YOUR OWN IDENTITY **

Every user can setup a personalized profile that includes specific info that will help organise events.
